Lendlease Singapore is currently searching for a Commercial Leasing Executive / Senior Executive (up to Assistant Managerlevel) to join our Leasing team.
Candidates must be registered with a licensed estate agency under the Council for Estate Agencies (CEA) and comply with all applicable CEA Practice Guidelines.
Responsibilities:
- Interfacing with third party agents and attending to call in enquiries
- Working with other stakeholders within Lendlease
- Building strong relationships with corporate and MNC clients, MNC and being
- aware of their expansion plans and brand portfolio in Singapore.
- Being aware of general commercial real estate market trends.
