A growing aerospace organisation in Southampton seeks amercial Legal Counsel to join their business on a permanent basis, leadingplex contract negotiations internationally.


Your new role

Reporting to the Operations Director, this role will lead a growing portfolio of customer requirements, as well as implementing new best practice standards for the wider contracts team.

You will:
  • Draft, negotiate and reviewmercial contracts for clients, service users and third parties.
  • Help develop a full template suite.
  • Support internal stakeholders with legal context.
  • Manage and assess risk levels with associated parties.
  • Support a growing international client base.
  • Manage disputes as required.
