Job Description
I am partnered with a MD/VA firm that is looking to add a Commercial Litigation Associate to their team. This position is with a boutique firm that has excellent mentorship opportunities and growth opportunities in complex commercial litigation.
Background:
- 3+ years of experience in private commercial litigation practice
- Representing businesses and title insurance companies
- Taking depos, handling hearings or arguments
- Motions practice, dispositive motions
- Strong academic background
- Admitted in MD - VA and/or DC are a plus
