A growing litigation practice is seeking a mid-to-senior Commercial Litigation Associate (7+ years of experience) to join its Commercial Litigation group.
Responsibilities
- Manage complex commercial litigation files independently
- Handle matters through all stages of litigation, including pleadings, discoveries, motions, mediations, and trial preparation
- Advise clients on litigation strategy and risk assessment
- Draft pleadings, motion materials, and settlement documentation
- Conduct negotiations and attend mediations
- Provide strategic input on high-value commercial and construction disputes

- Breach of contract claims
- Construction and delay claims
- Construction Lien matters
- Shareholder disputes, including oppression and derivative actions
