Duties & Responsibilities
- Identify and follow up on new leads for prospective business.
- Manage the Tendering team and take responsibility for the preparation of tenders.
- Prepare and respond to tender clarification submissions.
- Participate in contract award negotiations and conclusions.
- Maintain effective liaison with stakeholders through pre- and post-contract stages.
- Oversee and manage all Quantity Surveying aspects and projects.
- Work in accordance with ISO 9001 standards.
Desired Experience & Qualification
- Recognized tertiary qualification in mechanical engineering or commercial qualification.
- Quantity surveying experience in SMPP Engineering construction.
- Understanding of commercial contract law.
