Key Responsibilities
1. Commercial & Business Development
- Support the Commercial Director with strategic business development initiatives.
- Assist in divisional strategic projects.
- Identify and evaluate business opportunities within the freight and logistics sector.
- Prepare and submit high-quality commercial proposals.
- Research and screen tenders, RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs.
- Support proposal development in collaboration with Head Office and business units.
2. ESG (Environmental, Social & Governance)
- Compile, update, and manage ESG reporting templates.
- Distribute templates and track submissions from business units.
- Review, verify, and consolidate ESG reports.
- Maintain ESG clarification and adjustment schedules.
- Prepare ESG Committee meeting packs and take minutes.
