Responsibilities
- Manage the Planning function.
- Oversee the Estimating and Commercial Analyst functions.
- Supervise customer services and estimating personnel, produce estimates, and ensure customer requirements are met.
- Coordinate with the Production Director to ensure deliveries of customer products are achieved.
- Attend daily meetings.
- Price estimates in conjunction with the MD and set price parameters.
- Review and improve existing departmental methods of operation.
- Implement effective changes across teams as necessary, working with MIS in support.
- Communicate clearly across all areas of the business regarding commercial profitability and production capacity.
