Drive the growth, introduction of new products and establishment of the KeriMedical product portfolio in the UK. Lead, coach, and develop the Field Development Managers, ensuring that the strategic targets are achieved. Support financial planning with UK senior management to align with local and global strategy. Define, implement, and monitor regional sales and education strategies in alignment with global objectives. Support acquisition of new customers in cooperation with sales management & sales representatives Develop and maintain senior-level professional relationships with KOLs, key accounts, and strategic partners Ensure prompt and appropriate solutions for external and internal stakeholders, escalating when necessary Oversee and coordinate external and internal training and clinical education on KeriMedical products, including symposia, cadaver labs, workshops, and in-...
