We are seeking a highly strategic Commercial Head with strong expertise in:
- Fresh produce and imported goods
- Delivering a premium and elevated in-store retail experience
- Catering to middle- to high-income urban consumers
- Product curation and assortment planning, with a strong eye for quality, differentiation, and balanced selection over quantity
Core Responsibilities:
- Lead overall category strategy, ensuring the right balance between imported and local assortments
- Define and drive pricing architecture and assortment strategies aligned with market positioning
