Responsibilities
- NCBs Business/Marketing Strategy and Execution
- Deliver Volume, Revenue and Profit according to Annual Operating Plan
- Assure the commercial strategy is executed on time and according to the yearly planning.
- Prepare Joint Business Planning, 3YP, Annual Operating Plan and all other Franchise Fundamental processes required, support on Bottler alignment.
- Support NCBs Bottler Marketing Directors/Sr. Manager in the development and implementation of local marketing programs designed to create brand equity and volume growth.
- Follow up business results/ identify growth opportunities with the bottlers on a regular basis.

- Follow up bottler's trade execution
- Support the sales teams in the bottlers to manage the relationship with Key Customers in the country
