Job Description
We are looking to hire a Manager - Post Contracts and Real Estate who will be responsible for managing end-to-end contract and cost management activities, including cost planning, tendering, procurement, and contract administration for construction projects for our client based in Dubai – which is one of the largest companies in the region.
This position is a contract role with an initial duration of 12 months and is renewable.
The role sits within the Contracts and Procurement Department and reports directly to the Director – Contracts .
We are looking for a passionate Manager – Post Contracts about managing contractual processes, ensuring cost efficiency, and safeguarding the company’s commercial interests across projects.
