Job Description
Project Start Up and Live Project Support
- Oversee the preparation negotiation and execution of contracts with clients suppliers and subcontractors at the early stages of a new project. Ensure that all contracts are in compliance with legal and regulatory requirements and Besix corporate governance rules.
- Identify and support the mitigation of commercial risks associated with all construction projects. Provide expert advice and support to the various project commercial teams to develop and implement commercial and contractual strategies that manage and minimize potential risks and optimise opportunities.
- Lead the procurement process on start-up projects including the selection and negotiation of contracts with suppliers and subcontractors. Ensure that procurement activities align with project timelines and budgets as well as with Besix PMP and standards.
