We are looking for a Commercial Operations Coordinator for our Bulk Cargo Operations team in Singapore In this role, you
will be joining a committed, dynamic and high performing regional operations team. In your role, you are expected to manage the day-to-day proactive planning, execution and optimization of commercial contracts performance. You will be applying your operations execution skills and our operational processes to execute, administer and direct bulk cargo traffic of marine tanker vessels and barges from cargo contract and ship's charter-parties conclusion to the fulfilling of cargo and charter-party contractual terms and obligations. You will work with our external stakeholders namely Suppliers and Customers, cargo inspectors, marine shipowners/agents, customs agents, storage terminals and other service providers. Your main internal stakeholders are sales and supply managers, refinery production planners, supply chain/sales planners, ship chartering, finance, laboratory...
