- Prospect and hunt for Mid & Large Market Commercial Accounts

- Proven track record as a Commercial Producer with at least a $500,000 Revenue book of business
- Experience in the insurance industry with a focus on Mid & Large Commercial Market
- Strong understanding of revenue-based deals and commission structures
