Job Description

Commercial Product & Programme Director

The Commercial Product & Programme Director is accountable for defining and delivering a portfolio of commercial platforms and capabilities under the Commercial Transformation 2.0 Programme, with a primary focus on Contract Management, CRM, and Service Management tooling, alongside the acceleration of AI‑enabled “Bionic Seller” capabilities. This senior, hands‑on leadership role blends product vision, programme execution, and commercial impact, acting as a bridge between Commercial, Technology, Operations, and Change.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and own the end‑to‑end product strategy for Contract Management, CRM, and Service Management tooling within Commercial Transformation 2.0.
  • Ensure platforms are aligned to how TMF sells, contracts, delivers, and manages services globally, and integrate cleanly with the service catalogue, pricing, and delivery ecosystem.
