The Commercial Project Manager (CPM) is responsible for ensuring that all commercial and legal aspects of complex projects are delivered on schedule, cost‑optimized, and in compliance with quality standards. In this role, the CPM applies the official Mobility and Siemens circulars and regulations, ensuring consistent adherence alongside project-specific processes and requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
