Commercial Property Locum
Sellick Partnership are recruiting an experienced commercial property lawyer to join one of our local authority clients.
The successful applicant would join a small and friendly in-house legal team. The initial duration of the contract would be for 6-9 months with scope for further extension.
The role would be to manage a varied caseload of commercial property transactions, including:
- Grant of new leases or renewals
- Grant of licences
- Transfer of open space
- Advice on encroachments
- Advice on adverse possession
- In house solicitor for the disposal of a development site
- Title investigations
- Land registry applications.
- Advice on rent recovery options
- Licences to assign, underlet and change of use
- Mentoring paralegals
