Commercial Property Solicitor – Our client, a leading Chambers ranked and Legal 500 law firm and now seeking an ambitious Commercial Property Solicitor (NQ -2 years PQE) to join the firm during an exciting period of growth.
About the Role
This hybrid role offers the opportunity to take ownership of a varied caseload, acting for a wide range of clients including small and medium sized businesses, large corporates and PLCs, charities, and public‑sector bodies including NHS organisations. The caseload will include property development, sales and purchases of investment properties including freeholds and leaseholds, grant and taking of leases, general management work and some corporate support work, while also providing scope to explore sectors of personal interest.
