- GPO (Global Process Owner) for defined commercial Purchasing processes (regions EMEA, AME, APAC) that enables
- Price/cost transparency (shadow calculations and systematic potential price analysis)
- Competitive purchase prices in new awarding and annual price negotiations
- Contract management (Price agreements, Corporate agreement, Quality Agreement, Tool contracts, etc.)
- High performance supplier portfolio (material field strategies)
- Analyze the differences in processes among the regions (EMEA, AME, APAC)
- Standardization and integration of processes, create interim work-arounds where necessary
- Develop methodologies by creating HC Guidelines, work instructions, best practices and process descriptions
- Provide training to the associates
- Maintain and continuously improve the processes, gain efficiencies where applicable
