Busy Law Firm is seeking a highly skilled transactional commercial real estate attorney to join our growing team!

Required Qualifications

  • 5 to 30 years of transactional commercial real estate experience.
  • Deep substantive knowledge or experience in one or more of the following commercial real estate practice areas: Commercial Leasing, Joint Ventures, Acquisitions and Dispositions, Real Estate Finance.
  • Strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to manage complex transactions independently.
  • Excellent judgment and client counseling skills.
