Key Responsibilities
- Manage commercial real estate transactions from initial due diligence through post-closing
- Order, review, and analyze title commitments, title exceptions, vesting deeds, and recorded documents
- Prepare and track title and survey objection letters through resolution
- Coordinate and review ALTA/NSPS surveys, identifying and resolving title and survey issues
- Manage title insurance matters, including pro forma policies, marked commitments, endorsements, and final owner's and lender's policies
- Build and maintain transaction checklists, closing timelines, and critical deadlines
