Red Rhino Roofs & Solar Commercial continues to expand and we're hiring an experienced Commercial Roofing Estimator to help drive the growth and profitability of our commercial division. This role is built for a professional estimator who understands how pricing, scope, and margin directly impact company success - and wants to share in that upside.
What You'll Do
- Estimate commercial roofing projects (TPO, EPDM, PVC, metal, coatings, repairs)
- Perform accurate takeoffs and scope reviews
- Price work for profitability, not just volume
- Collaborate with sales and operations on bids and strategy, building an effective team
- Participate in pre-bid meetings and value engineering
