SUMMARY
Staff and Direct Sales Team providing leadership towards the achievement of maximum profitability and growth in line with company vision and values. Focus on key results in areas including; exceptional customer development skills, establishing and maintaining long term relationships with new customers as well as our existing customer base.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:
- Acquire Sales Analysis of assigned geographic area and target service department roofing sales. Service department sales are sales for small re-roofs, preventative maintaince inspections, and leak calls. Service sales are less than $100,000 in contract value and/or less than 100 squares of roof.
- Develop a business plan and sales strategy for the market that ensures attainment of company service sales goals and profitability.
