This role is responsible for leading and growing the showroom and online sales division within a fast-paced, product-focused commercial retail business. The Commercial Sales Manager will drive turnover through strong leadership, team development, operational ownership, customer engagement, and data-driven decision making.
The role requires a hands-on commercial leader who can build structure, improve standards, develop people, and execute effectively through the sales team.
