Monday - Friday (7:00 AM - 4:00 PM PHT)
Provide operational enablement for the sales team and support improved customer experience through the delivery of administrative support that ensures high document quality, efficient order entry & fulfilment, and the effective coordination of Voice of Customer (VOC) interactions for all sales-related issues.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in Sales Operations, Commercial Support, Order Management, or similar roles
- Strong Excel and reporting skills
- Excellent attention to detail and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced sales environment
- Commercial and financial acumen with strong problem-solving capability
- Experience in a B2B customer-facing environment is highly desirable
- Exposure to ERP, ServiceNow, or sales support systems is an advantage
