Commercial Solicitor Location: Henley-on-Thames Working Pattern: Hybrid typically 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home Salary: From £50K for around 3 years PQE , with flexibility upwards for the right individual About the Firm Our client is a boutique law firm focused on supporting businesses with corporate , commercial , litigation and dispute resolution matters. The firms approach is honest , pragmatic and commercially astute , with a strong emphasis on building long-term client relationships and understanding each clients wider business objectives. We are now looking to appoint a Commercial Solicitor with at least 3 years PQE to support the continued growth of the practice. This will suit a solicitor who is confident handling a broad mix of commercial contracts and corporate transactions , particularly the buying and selling of businesses , and who is comfortable running matters with a good level of autonomy.
