Responsibilities
Processing with all day-to-day functional-specific operations.Performing the administration of programs, projects, and processes specific to the organization unit served.Supporting the Commercial Project Managers (and Project Managers) in day-to-day controlling activities.Creating timely and accurately prepare supporting documents of the customer invoices.Coordinating in following up on receivables and reporting of invoicing status.Checking, monitoring, and updating actual man-hours and invoices (to customers / from suppliers).
