Job Description
We are looking for a Commercial Transformation Manager to lead strategic initiatives across Digital, Technology, Franchise, and Business Development within our Health & Beauty business. This role will play a critical part in major transformation programs, including ERP implementation, data & analytics initiatives, and regional business expansion projects.
Responsibilities
• Lead commercial representation in ERP, analytics, and digital transformation programs
• Drive cross-functional alignment across Commercial, Finance, Supply Chain, Operations, and Technology teams
• Support franchise expansion and new business development initiatives across Southeast Asia
• Deliver insights and recommendations to improve sales, profitability, assortment productivity, and customer experience
• Manage strategic projects and engage with senior stakeholders across multiple markets
