Job Overview
My client are seeking a Commercial Valuation Surveyor to undertake Red Book valuations, primarily for secured lending purposes, across industrial, office, and retail properties throughout the East and West Midlands.
This role will play a key part in supporting the growth of the Commercial Valuations business, working closely with Partners and building strong client relationships to further develop the team.
Responsibilities
* Deliver valuations for financial reporting, loan security, and other purposes in line with RICS Valuation – Global Standards.
* Conduct property inspections, measure floor and site areas, and carry out comparable, demographic, and economic research.
* Undertake planning and statutory enquiries, lease reviews, and analysis of comparables.
* Prepare valuation reports in accordance with client instructions.
