Job Description
Responsibilities
- Lead, develop and evolve the Whitgift Commercialisation category including strategy, delivery, and business plan
- Take responsibility for the delivery of the Whitgift Commercialisation budget and the account management of agency and tenant relationships
- Drive income and capital growth via kiosks, car park, short term shop lets and asset management initiatives
- Help manage relationships with existing tenants to extend occupation and optimise performance. Reviewing turnover, growth opportunities and mitigating risk
- Work with the Retail Design Manager to optimise design, support the retail delivery process to achieve opening quickly but safely
- Drive income through clients and Experiential media agencies to achieve overall budget
- Identify a strong pipeline of brand targets in key market areas, pursue those targets with creative options
