This role focuses on the preparation and presentation of authentic sushi and Japanese cuisine, ensuring the highest level of quality and guest satisfaction.
As a Commis 1 specializing in sushi, you will work closely with the Sushi Chef and kitchen brigade to deliver exquisite dishes that showcase culinary artistry, precision, and freshness.
