Overview
Business Lounge at the airport seeks to hire a Commis Chef with a culinary diploma. Position will involve shift work; own reliable transport is a must. Shifts: 05:00–13:00 and 12:00–21:00.
Responsibilities
- Work as a Commis Chef in the airport lounge kitchen.
- Maintain kitchen hygiene and HACCP standards.
- Assist with food preparation and basic cooking tasks as directed.
Qualifications
- Matric
- Culinary diploma
- 2+ years of experience
- Good understanding of kitchen hygiene and HACCP
- Own reliable transport
- Criminal clear record
- Positive contactable references
