Flatty Wap is a New York-inspired pressed wrap kiosk opening August 2026 at One Raffles Place B1 - right in the heart of Singapore's CBD lunch crowd. We're building a small, tight kitchen team from the ground up and looking for a Commis Chef or Cook II who takes pride in their work and wants to be part of something being built from scratch.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
- Mise en place: daily prep including washing, peeling, cutting, chopping and portioning ingredients to spec - Preparing recipe components, sauces and dishes according to standardised recipes and the Head Chef's direction - Assembling and presenting dishes to exact visual and portion specifications every single time - Maintaining a clean, sanitised and highly organised workstation in full compliance with Singapore Food Agency (SFA) hygiene a...
