Cast members working in Food & Beverage provide Guests with quality services and memorable dining experiences supporting all restaurants & outdoor vending carts across Hong Kong Disneyland Resort.

Responsabilités:

Prepare ingredients such as washing, peeling, chopping, and slicing vegetables and fruits, as well as assisting in measuring and portioning items.

Follow recipes and cooking guidelines to prepare a variety of dishes, ensuring food meets quality, consistency, and presentation standards.

Work in various kitchen areas such as Butchery, Cold Kitchen, Hot Kitchen, Grill, or Sushi, based on operational needs.

Safely operate kitchen equipment and maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations while following hygiene and food safety guidelines.

Assist with receiving and checking deliveries, ensuring proper labeling, storage, and stock rotation (FIFO).
