Oaks Queenstown Shores Resort are looking for a passionate and motivated Commis Chef to join our kitchen team on a full-time basis, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality breakfast service.
This role plays a key part in ensuring a smooth and efficient morning operation, from early preparation through to service, helping create an exceptional start to our guests’ day.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Assist with the preparation and presentation of breakfast dishes, ensuring consistency and quality.
- Support the smooth execution of breakfast service, working efficiently in a fast-paced morning environment.
- Maintain cleanliness, organisation, and compliance with food safety and hygiene standards at all times.
- Contribute to effective kitchen operations through strong teamwork and clear communication.
