As the sister restaurant to the 3-Michelin star Frantzén in Stockholm, Zén offers a meticulously curated tasting menu that blends both local and world-class delicacies. Guests can expect the finest ingredients sourced around the world, set across three floors of a classic shophouse in the heart of the city.
The Ideal Candidate:- Has a strong background in kitchen operations and staff management with excellent communication skills.
- Will be responsible for managing and training kitchen staff, ensuring efficient teamwork.
- Will help maintain the timely operation of the kitchen, meeting our high-quality standards.
- Is highly proficient in both spoken and written English.
- Michelin star experience is preferred, though not essential.
- Can work collaboratively as part of a dynamic team.
