Commis de Cuisine (m/w/d) Grand Hotel Zermaterhof
Location: 3920 Zermatt (VS)
Employment: full-time (100%) starting until
Work form: Sunday and holiday work
Responsibilities
- Support the kitchen team with daily Mise en Place
- Prepare ingredients (washing, cutting, portioning)
- Assist in the preparation of hot and cold dishes
- Maintain hygiene and quality standards according to HACCP
- Keep and organize your own workstation
- Aid in the receipt and proper storage of goods
- Help with banquets, events and special occasions
- Collaborate closely with the Chef de Partie and Sous Chef
Qualifications
- Completed training as a Cook/Chef EFZ or equivalent qualification
- First professional experience in a kitchen is an advantage, preferably in fine dining or hospitality
- Good German language skills in speaking and writing
