Job Description

Working alongside a wonderful team at The Peninsula Tokyo, we are seeking a Commis – Hei Fung Terrace Kitchen to achieve the company’s objectives and create a memorable guest experience.

  • Work for a highly prestigious hotel in Hei Fung Terrace Kitchen Team.

    • Key Accountabilities

  • Prepare the required food items for the operation. 

  • Maintain work area and equipment in a safe and sanitary manner.

  • Ensure the compliance of HACCP standards.

  • Prepare and plate and items according to the guidelines and procedures.


    • General Requirements

  • Enthusiastic about Chinese Cooking.

  • Basic knowledge of stocks and sauces in Chinese Cuisine. 

  • 2 more years for Apprentice experience in 5-star hotels or equivalent restaurant establishments.
