Commis Sushi Chef
We are looking for a passionate and motivated Commis Sushi Chef to join our culinary team and support the preparation of high-quality Japanese cuisine in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in preparing sushi, sashimi, maki rolls, and other Japanese dishes
Prepare ingredients including seafood, vegetables, sauces, and sushi rice
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards according to food safety regulations
Support senior chefs during daily kitchen operations
Ensure food presentation meets restaurant quality standards
Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory preparation
Follow kitchen procedures and maintain organized workstations
