Job Description
**Pay Range:** $16.11- $24.17
**SUMMARY**
Performs duties which may be complex in nature and involve the application of standard procedures to a variety of details requiring some independent analysis. Occasionally exercises judgment in the selection and application of data. Demonstrates a thorough knowledge of department and company policies and procedures in dealing with assigned area. Minimum supervision is required.
**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
+ Maintains records and prepares reports which may be complex in nature, or require knowledge of spreadsheet or database applications.
+ Performs clerical tasks requiring a thorough knowledge of departmental area and corporate policies and procedures.
+ Answers telephone inquiries, delivers messages, sorts and distributes departmental mail.
+ Resolves nonroutine questions; refers questions with policy and procedure implications to supervisor.
