Job Description
Aquasol is seeking a qualified and experienced Field Service Technician to support the commissioning and start-up of a 64 m³/hr containerized water filtration plant.
Aquasol has manufactured and delivered the filtration plant for the Boto Gold Project, located in the south-eastern part of Senegal, near the Mali and Guinea borders. The plant has been pre-tested at our facility in Malaga, Perth (Australia), and has arrived on-site, installed within a 40 ft shipping container.
Key Responsibilities
- Travel to the Boto Gold Project site from Dakar via air charter (arranged by client).
- Supervise and assist with the on-site commissioning of the containerized water filtration plant.
- Conduct physical inspection and minor on-site repairs (mainly PVC pipe fittings).
- Load filtration media into filters and support operational readiness.
- Collaborate with Aquasol’s remote engineering team for any PLC or instrumentation troubleshooting.
