Commissioning Manager (Solar PV, BESS, Substation)

A leading engineering and construction organization is looking for an experienced Commissioning Manager to oversee commissioning activities across large-scale solar PV projects. This role is critical in ensuring successful project delivery from testing through to final handover.
Key Responsibilities- Lead testing & commissioning activities across all project phases, including cold, hot, and close-out stages
- Manage planning, execution, resource allocation, and troubleshooting for commissioning works
- Coordinate closely with OEMs, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery
- Prepare commissioning procedures, method statements, and SAT reports in line with IEC and IEEE standards
