As part of a major project currently under development in Singapore, we are seeking an experienced Commissioning Manager to lead commissioning strategy, operational readiness and startup execution for a complex process facility. Acting as a critical bridge between engineering, project delivery, contractors and future operations teams, the successful candidate will drive commissioning activities, proactively identify and mitigate startup risks, and ensure full system readiness through to successful plant startup.
