. Lead cost review by product series to clarify the cost points, drive and execute cost optimization program.
. Strategic Supplier management to meet materials availability & Commodity inventory cost objectives.
Develop strategies for assigned commodity in conjunction with Regional Manager。
Develop a world-class supplier base in Asia.
Monitor supplier capacity to ensure materials availability.
Drive lean projects to improve lead-time, flexibility WW manufacturing sites.
Establish and meet cost containment/ cost reduction targets for assigned commodity.
Manage responsible supplier base to ensure quality levels are maintained.
Support Production and Materials Management Teams to ensure optimum inventory levels Coordinate with R&D/Product engineers regarding requirements for product transfers and new product developments.
