Communication and PR Lead

Role Purpose Communication and PR Lead is responsible for defining and executing Schneider Electric’s integrated communications strategy across internal communications, external communications, media relations, executive positioning, and crisis management. This role owns the full communications ecosystem including strategy, agencies, budgets, channels, and governance. It serves as the primary communications advisor to the Country President and executive leadership team, ensuring Schneider Electric’s narrative, reputation, and leadership voice are clear, credible, and consistently delivered across all stakeholders.
