Job Description
Purpose: The Communication & Engagement Specialist drives integrated internal communications and employee engagement initiatives to enhance employee experience, strengthen organisational alignment, and foster a positive workplace culture. This role combines stakeholder engagement with data-driven insights to deliver clear and impactful communication across the organisation.
Key Area of Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute internal communication strategies, creating engaging multi-channel content and supporting leadership communications
- Partner with stakeholders across teams to ensure clear, consistent messaging and strengthen communication and engagement at all levels of the organisation
