Communication Support Worker (CSW)
Cams Hill School C Pay Range: £26,017 - £27,110 FTE (depending on experience)
Actual Salary based on 37 hours per week: £22,314.58 - £23,252.04 per annum
Working hours: 37 per week, 39 weeks per year (term time only)
Weekly schedule: Monday to Thursday 0800‑1600 & Friday 0800‑1530
Start date: 1 September 2026
Contract: 1‑year fixed term until 31 August 2027
We are seeking a Communication Support Worker to support deaf and hearing‑impaired pupils in accessing the curriculum, initially with pupils in Year 7.
Applicants should be good communicators, empathetic, creative, and passionate about education and maximising potential. They must be highly motivated and able to work independently and as part of a team.
