Job Summary
A position as a Communication Systems Product Manager for Combat Aircraft has arisen within Airbus Defence and Space in Getafe, Madrid.
The mission of this position is to lead the overall design, development and qualification/certification of the Communications System (HW and SW) to satisfy customer and regulatory requirements as well as programme cost and schedule needs.
The jobholder is responsible for the delivery of the complete Communications System in a given Program, focusing on the technical aspects of the engineering deliverables, schedule, cost, quality and risk management up to final customer acceptance.
The Communications System encompasses the HW and SW elements of the Audio Management System, the Radios and all the different Tactical and Mission Datalinks, including SATCOM.
