Position Description:
We are seeking a Communications Lead to partner with key stakeholders to plan and develop communications supporting HRIS initiatives, including Workforce Management and Payroll.
The role is located in Atlanta, GA in a hybrid working environment.
Responsibilities
Communications Planning, Strategy, and Development
. Work closely with subject matter experts, product owners, and corporate communications teams to develop and deliver communications for multiple HRIS initiatives.
. Assess the impact of changes on stakeholders and recommend an appropriate communications approach.
. Present communication plans to project teams and clearly explain the purpose and timing of each communication. Develop a range of communication materials including targeted messaging, video scripts, internal web content, in-platform banner messages, and company-wide announcements.
