Position Summary
Chateau Luxe is seeking a creative, organized, and people-oriented Community & Experiences Coordinator to build and manage a thriving community around our venue. This role will focus on designing, promoting, and executing community events, membership programs, retreats, workshops, and women-focused experiences that generate recurring revenue and strengthen the Chateau Luxe brand.
The ideal candidate is passionate about community building, event planning, hospitality, and creating memorable experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Community Building
- Develop and grow Chateau Luxe's community membership programs.
- Manage member communications through WhatsApp, email, and social media.
- Build relationships with regular attendees, partners, influencers, and local organizations.
- Collect participant feedback and implement improvements.
